Saving passwords in browsers can be dangerous

Each time you login to a site entering your password, your browser prompts asking whether to save the password or not. Most of us neglect it and click on save passwords without knowing what it does. If you share your computer with others, saving passwords in such a way can be dangerous as anyone can view your passwords easily. Here is how you can view your saved passwords in different browsers. Anyone can view your facebook, gmail, adsense, blogger or any other password.

View saved passwords in Firefox.
1)Click on TOOLS menu and then OPTIONS.
2)A dialog box appears, click on SECURITY.
3)Then click on SAVED PASSWORDS button.

This way you can view passwords saved by Firefox for all the websites and all usernames.

View Saved passwords in Internet Explorer.

1) Click on start menu and RUN.
2) Type REGEDIT and press enter.
3) Registry editor opens then click on following buttons in order:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER--\Software--\Microsoft--\Internet Explorer--\IntelliForms\--Storage2

View Saved passwords in Google Chrome:
1) Click on SETTINGS on the top right and then OPTIONS.
2) Click on PERSONAL STUFFS tab and then click on SHOW SAVED PASSWORDS button.

In this way anyone can view the saved passwords in browsers like IE, Firefox, Google Chrome and others without installing additional software. So, be careful before saving passwords in any browser if any other person can access your computer.
